We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, here’s what you need to know:

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our dropshipping model, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got your back.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • Report the issue within 14 days of delivery

  • Provide a photo of the item and packaging

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Digital downloads

  • Gift boxes or bundles

  • Clearance items or sale items

💸 Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 3–5 business days for it to reflect.
